Shock absorber (damper)
It is a tubular part that everyone is familiar with a shock
absorber. When the spring (spring) contracted spring (spring) is
retreated (generating damping force), it acts as a relaxation
force. The air suspension uses a T-airbag to serve as a spring, but
their effect is the same.
Airbag (air spring)
It can be said without exaggeration, it is the protagonist in the
air suspension. It is mounted on the upper part of the shock

the vehicle can be increased or lowered. When a large amount of air
enters the airbag, it will expand and make the car grow high.
Conversely, when the air is evacuated, it will deflate and make the

Compressor / can
As you can imagine from the airbag described, we need a mechanism
to deliver air into the airbag. To this end, a can for collecting
air to be delivered to the airbag and a compressor producing air
stored in the can and contributes to a stable supply.
valve
Only by compressor and gas tanks cannot adjust the air pressure in
the airbag, so install the required valve.
There are a variety of operation modes, one is a manual
(mechanical) formula, can be mechanically operated by pressing the
switch, and the other is a valve with a solenoid valve (solenoid
valve), which is electrically used. It is a type of automatic
(electric type) run.
Instrument / wiring / pipe
An instrument that displays the airbag in the airbag is installed.
By adjusting the air pressure while viewing the instrument, you can
accurately understand the air pressure of your favorite air
suspension (ie the height of the vehicle and the quality of the
ride).

Air Suspension Spring
Spring suspensions use semi-elliptic leaf springs to cushion a load
from road shock. As one of the most commonly used suspensions,
spring ride consists of several layers of flexible steel strips
referred to as a “leaf pack.”
The strips are joined together to act as a single unit. The long
and narrow arch-shaped plates are attached to the frame of a
trailer, resting above the trailer’s axle.

absorbers and coil springs help absorb and direct road force,
maintaining wheel oscillation, jounce and rebound.
However, every time you add or take away weight to a vehicle, speed

shocks and springs are designed and installed with only a fixed set
of situations in mind.
Air suspension systems essentially replace a vehicle's coil springs
with air springs. The air springs are simply tough rubber and
plastic bags inflated to a certain pressure and height to mimic the
coil springs. But the similarities end there. By adding in an
on-board air compressor, sensors and electronic controls, today's
air suspension systems provide several advantages over all-metal,
conventional springs, including near-instant tuning, and the
